Ingredients for Iskender Kebab from Kaptanlar Ready Döner Kebab

1 package of Kaptanlar Kebab
2-3 pitta bread (bread can also be used)
2 tomatoes
1 bowl of yoghurt
50 gram of butter
2 table spoon of tomato paste
3-4 pepper
1 tea spoon of salt

Hint Cook your meat in tomato paste so that meat’s shape does not get distorted.

How to cook Iskender Kebab from Kaptanlar Döner Kebab?

First slice pitta bread/bread and put them into dish
Slice tomato and arrange them on the side of dish
Fry pepper in a pan. Place fried pepper on the side of dish.
Put tomato paste into telfon pan and add water. Boil it until it turns into sauce.
When boiled, put 1 tea spoon of hot sauce over bread on dish.
Put meat over the remaining sauce and continue to cook.
After that, put sauce and meat mix over bread on dish. On the top of this, add melted butter and yoghurt.
